Our creative art department works with customers to develop a custom badge to their exact specifications. Whether developing
a custom center seal or a completely custom badge Smith & Warren can take an idea and make it a reality.
DIE
& TOOL DESIGN: Smith & Warren employs the finest tool and die makers in the country. They combine modern
technology and traditional craftmanship to deliver highly detailed dies/tools at an affordable cost.
METAL
STAMPING: All parts used in the assembly of a Smith & Warren badge are stamped on premises in a safe and efficient
environment. All stamping presses are outfitted with the latest safety and quality control technology.
ENGRAVING:
Smith & Warren badges are engraved on state of the art CNC equipment by highly trained personnel. Every badge is triple
checked for accuracy and appearance of engraved lettering.
ASSEMBLY: The assembly of a Smith &
Warren badge is all done on premises. The solderering, enameling and polishing staff includes top professionals from the famed
NYC jewelry industry. Every badge is hand made and carefully inspected.
METAL FINISHING: Metal finishing
is all done on premises in a state of the art electroplating facility. The latest equipment is used to finish badges with
a uniformly thick and durable precious metal coating. Smith & Warren is the only badge manufacturer that offers

QUALITY CONTROL: Badges pass through rigorous

All individual internet or mail orders for badges indicating
official authority and/or government agencies must be accompanied by a current Driver's License or state issued ID in addition
to the agency ID and/or letterhead for additional security purposes.
1. Badges that reference Law Enforcement
Agencies or Titles (ex: Police, Officer, Sheriff, etc) must fax or email official photo identification card.
2. Any Explorer Badges for Police Departments must provide an official authorization
from that department stating that Explorers are authorized to wear badges at their agency.
3. Badges referencing Homeland Security must be accompanied by an official letter from Homeland Security
authorizing the purchase of the badge.
4. Transit Authority
is now a part of Homeland Security; therefore, Badges representing Transit Authority may not be manufactured for any individual
Transit Authority Employee.
5. Anyone requesting "Authorization
to Wear Fire Arms" must provide proof of such before the badge will be manufactured.
6. Florida State Seals are exclusive to Law Enforcement Personnel or official agency orders: NO EXCEPTIONS

until we have received all necessary information. Please note your order number on any information you send. We will keep
your information on file so you will not need to send it every time you order.
All badges will be further reviewed
by our Badge manufacturers, who may request further proof of identification or refuse any badge ordered, based on their rules
pertaining to the manufacturing of badges.
These requests are to protect all of us from individuals fraudulently wearing
badges for the wrong purpose. We appreciate your cooperation.
