Customers often ask what our return policy is. We aim for complete customer satisfaction. If you are not completely happy
with your purchase, we want to hear about it. Let us know if something is wrong and we will do what we can to make it right.
Payment
We accept cash, personal or business account checks, money orders, cashiers checks and PayPal. We gladly accept Visa
and Mastercard.
Course Registration & Cancellation Policy
Registration fees must be paid no later than three days prior to the scheduled course in order to
reserve you space.
To receive a full refund, please notify us in writing or by phone no later than five days prior
to the course date. Cancellations received less than five days prior to the course will be billed a 25% cancellation fee or
refunded the difference already paid. Substitutions are welcome at any time.
